POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Test and Trials Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field. The candidate will coordinate, supervise, document, and sequence testing for all vessel equipment and systems, including sea trials, to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related fieldConsiderable experience in sea trials or marine vessel system operationsShipbuilding and previous supervisory experience are preferredSKILLS
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, industry standards, and regulationsProficiency in testing equipment and measuring devices, with the ability to train inspectors on proper usageAbility to interpret engineering drawings and specifications and develop effective inspection programsCompetence in documenting and sequencing testing processesStrong supervisory skills and the ability to interface effectively with customers, management, and employeesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsRESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze specifications to determine testing requirementsDevelop and support the creation of testing procedures in compliance with customer and regulatory requirementsOversee and coordinate all testing and sea trials to meet customer acceptance criteriaMaintain and organize testing documentation for all projects and submit standard and special status reports as requiredIdentify and address deficiencies uncovered during testing, working with engineers to implement corrective actionsSupervise, instruct, and evaluate foremen and/or craft workers involved in testing processesWHY BOLLINGER?
