THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Territory Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct support to retail accounts across an assigned geographic region. This field-based position ensures that brand standards are consistently upheld in-store by executing merchandising, delivering materials, sharing timely product updates, and capturing actionable feedback. You will play a key role in supporting the company's retail execution strategy by acting as a reliable point of contact for store-level needs.

A successful candidate is service-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-driven. You are confident working independently in the field and comfortable building rapport with store staff to ensure alignment with sales objectives and in-store initiatives.

You will serve as the primary field support contact for accounts in regions of California.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and expanding company while gaining experience in retail operations, customer support, and field execution.

We are growing fast and need someone to come in and own territory. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast-paced rapidly growing start-up within the ever-growing cannabis industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Visit retail accounts according to a structured territory schedule to support in-store execution and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with store personnel, providing reliable field support and timely resolution of retail-level needs.
  • Deliver promotional materials, samples, and updated signage; verify placement accuracy and ensure alignment with company display expectations.
  • Conduct informal product briefings and menu reviews with store staff to ensure familiarity with current products, new releases, and promotional activity.
  • Track product velocity and stock levels at the store level; communicate restock needs or movement issues to the Sales team for follow-up.
  • Record competitive activity, shelf visibility, and pricing observations; submit field reports with photos and summaries using Repsly and Google Workspace.
  • Confirm in-store implementation of brand-led programs and promotions, including signage and feature placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activity, including visit logs, inventory observations, and store-level interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure field insights inform account planning, allocation decisions, and operational adjustments.

We are a start-up, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. This means that other duties may arise, and we support one another in accomplishing what's needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail-facing, field-based, or customer support role; cannabis or CPG industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality service
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a schedule independently and efficiently
  • Comfortable using mobile field software, CRM tools, and cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace
  • Interest in cannabis products and willingness to stay informed on product updates and regulations
