About the Job:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the share of territory through high volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion to achieve activations.

Location: Rapid City, SD (Relocation package offered)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets across various products and market segments. Spend approximately 40% of time on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiry conversion, and the rest on account development and customer visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Use SalesForce CRM for tracking.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct market research and provide feedback to management.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Use a consultative approach to maximize pricing, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and collaborate internally for order processing.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Keep detailed records of sales activities and generate regular reports. Meet daily/weekly sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
    • At least 1 year of outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
    • Willingness to travel 10-20% for customer visits.
    • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.

    Preferred: Experience in high-volume transactional sales, leasing, and consultative selling.
