We are expanding our Midwest sales team and seek an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven sales professional with 1-8 years of experience. No prior construction product knowledge is required as we provide comprehensive training. This role offers significant career growth in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing sales programs and strategies for key dealers to promote growth within your territory.
  • Supporting Regional and Key Market Managers with training, trade shows, and coaching.
  • Administrative duties such as scheduling, order management, and developing presentations.
  • Communicating regularly with supervisors to align on strategies and revenue planning.
  • Traveling approximately 5-6 days per month to meet customers and develop territory managers.

    • Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven sales success within the territory.
  • Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
