Territory Manager (Philadelphia, PA) - BD : Job Details

The Territory Manager will be responsible for leading revenue within government accounts for BDs UCC Federal Healthcare Markets by creating strategic account business plans, developing relationships, demonstrating products, and achieving key business metrics including revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction. The position involves working with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, case managers, and other key decision makers within the acute hospital and in non-acute settings as patients transition from hospital to home.

Position scope: Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, and key decision-makers in acute and non-acute settings.

• Drive sales revenue to exceed prioritized targets within assigned accounts.
• Apply data analytics to identify growth opportunities with current and new customers in GOVT PureWick (Acute and non-acute, e.g., Uro Clinic, PCP, LTC).
• Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual plans built to meet and exceed territory quota targets.
• Develop and nurture strategic business relationships in key accounts and with influential urologists who prescribe Purewick products at home and ISC devices for our veterans.
• Develop and partner with local VA and VA SCI Spoke and hubs to drive urology portfolio sales.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested.
• Coordinate with dedicated Documentation Coordinator and regional supervisors.
• Complete requested and required administrative duties in a timely manner, including call reports and monthly results reports.
• Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
• Visit Acute VA medical centers and LTACHs to educate on BD urology products and collaborate with KDMs for revenue growth.

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field OR 4 years of military experience required.
• One to three years of sales experience required; medical device experience preferred.
• Government/Military experience preferred.
• Ability to pass GOVT vendor credentialing/clearance.
• Required to live within territory.
• Travel (75% including overnight travel) within their assigned region.

• Domain knowledge in Government Healthcare industry; understanding customer and BD profitability drivers, standard clinical workflow, and BD solutions.

Minimum in-office presence may apply per role, with flexible arrangements noted in the job posting. Salary ranges reflect factors such as location and experience; for this role, the annual range is $80k-$148,500 Base + Incentive.
