BIOTRONIK Neuro is looking to add a Territory Manager to our Neuromodulation Segment in Corpus Christi, Texas. As Territory Manager, you will gain market share and achieve sales quota in the spinal cord stimulation business by promoting, selling, and servicing the Biotronik product platform within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager performs field promotional work to sell and develop new business; it may include work with established accounts or with customers where product acceptance has not been established. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic sales environment and work independently to exceed sales expectations while implementing leadership contributions at the Regional level.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service BIOTRONIK products and offerings to existing and competitive customers.
  • Support patients throughout the educational and clinical process for spinal cord stimulation therapy.
  • Provide support and technical assistance during the use of BIOTRONIK products during procedures.
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales plans and business reviews to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Be a subject matter expert regarding BIOTRONIK products and platforms, adapting to changes in the clinical and competitive landscape.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc.) within assigned territory.
  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned (e.g., expense reports, account profiles, daily planners).
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity and customer preferences.
  • Manage time and company resources effectively to control expenses/assets.
  • Utilize sales collateral and sales support tools for promotional and territorial needs.
  • Train and educate customers on the availability and use of BIOTRONIK's product portfolio.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for assigned BIOTRONIK asset management, including inventory and capital equipment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physiology, Biology, Bio Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience; or 4 years of relevant work experience in place of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of medical device or biotechnology experience required.
  • 1+ years of interventional pain/spine experience in a sales role preferred.
  • Neuromodulation experience within the pain management market preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with external customers.
  • Experience with direct quota attainment and performance metrics.
  • Basic computer skills required with the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
  • Must comply with all health and administrative facility credentialing demands.
  • Schedule flexibility for business and clinical field responsibilities.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently move up to 40 lbs. from one surface to another.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office-productivity equipment.
  • Must be able to visually examine anatomical structures via radiographic imaging.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours total per day.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Ability to conduct customer contact activities which require travel within assigned territory >80% of the time.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
