We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to support a specialized oncology diagnostics initiative focused on the lung cancer space. This is a strategic, territory-based role responsible for engaging key clinical stakeholders, supporting the adoption of advanced molecular testing, and driving thoughtful growth across a defined geography in the Ohio Valley Region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with broader organizational goals and the needs of the lung oncology community.
- Engage with academic medical centers, IDNs, hospital systems, and select community practices, building trusted relationships with oncologists, surgeons, interventional radiologists, and pathologists.
- Identify opportunities for appropriate clinical integration of testing through education, collaboration, and resource coordination.
- Maintain and grow business relationships while supporting existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure successful implementation and account support.
- Track territory activity, monitor trends, and provide timely reporting to internal leadership.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, compliance, and patient-centered focus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or surgical sales strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement considerations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) across a multi-state region.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
