We are seeking a driven Territory Manager to join a newly established ENT Oncology specialty team. This is a high-impact, tumor-specific role focused on expanding access to cutting-edge molecular diagnostics that support clinical decision-making in ENT cancers. As the Territory Manager, you will serve as a strategic field partner, engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders across academic medical centers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks, and select community oncology practices. Primary stakeholders include ENT physicians, Medical Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons, and Pathologists. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the ENT oncology landscape, clinical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems while building trusted, value-driven relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on driving growth and account penetration
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and decision-makers within high-impact accounts
- Promote the integration of innovative molecular diagnostics into routine clinical practice
- Drive new business development while deepening existing relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver compelling, clinically focused education to providers and care teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize territory performance and account success
- Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and uncover new business opportunities
- Act as a trusted clinical resource within the ENT oncology community
- Represent the company with professionalism, transparency, and integrity in all interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in oncology diagnostics, surgical specialties, or medical device sales; ENT and oncology experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of both academic and community oncology markets, precision medicine, and the healthcare reimbursement environment
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude, especially in molecular diagnostics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel ~75% (road and air)
