We're Hiring: Territory Manager – Medical Device Sales | Vygon Corporation

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for improving patient care? Join Vygon Corporation, where our mission is to improve care and save lives through innovative medical device solutions in vascular access and neonatal products.

We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing team!

Ideal Locations: Charlotte, Raleigh

Focus: Strategic coverage of major hospital systems in key metro areas within the territory

Travel: Up to 80% within the region

Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this role

• What You'll Do: Build and grow relationships with key hospital accounts
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans
• Introduce and support innovative medical products
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and in-service support
• What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (medical device preferred)
• Proven sales success and a hunter mentality
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and improvement-oriented mindset
