Job Location : all cities,MA, USA
This position is responsible for the sale, rental, or leasing of all new and used John Deere and “all-makes” equipment, parts, and service and for meeting customer's needs and growing market share, while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit and attaining sales unit targets.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Education, Skill, and/or Experience RequirementsCollege degree preferred. Heavy equipment sales experience may be substituted or combined with education. Organization and communication skills must be highly developed. Computer skills need to be broad based.
Language SkillsAbility to read and analyze technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of customers, coworkers and the general public.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentage.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsThis person must possess a valid driver's license.
