Job OverviewThe role of Territory Business Manager (TBM) requires, but is not limited to, building strategic relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, hospital pharmacy buyers, and key individuals within the acute care supply chain decision-making process promoting the Eugia portfolio of generic injectables. This is a remote position. The candidate must live within the Northwest Territory - Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Utah Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital and health system decision-makers to support contracted product growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed territory sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams, as well as with National Accounts, Trade Relations, and peer Territory Business Managers to drive execution at the account level.
  • Plan and manage field activity efficiently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account and call records.
  • Analyze territory performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for focus.
  • Provide actionable customer and market feedback to internal teams to help inform strategy and support business planning.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities, including CRM activity logging, insights reporting, and expense documentation.
  • Attend industry meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Travel overnight - 40%+ of the time

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of the generic injectables market with preference given to previous experience with generic injectables in the acute care arena
  • Proficiency in evaluating and/or negotiating pricing and product agreements
  • Familiarity with IDNs, large health systems and comfortable calling on Sr level decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must reside in the territory - Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Utah
Education & Experience
  • 2+ years documented outside pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Degree from accredited College/University required or equivalent experience
  • Valid US driver's license required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 depending on factors such as experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Final compensation decisions will consider these and other relevant business needs. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus, with target percentages varying by role. The total compensation package may also include discretionary incentives and role-based monthly allowances (e.g., cell phone or car allowance, where applicable).Health and Welfare Offerings:
