The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is a primary Field Sales role in the Foodservice channel, assigned to a sales territory and responsible for growing MDLZ product share/consumption in that territory. Key responsibilities include calling on Non-Commercial accounts including B&I, Healthcare & Education K-12, as well as large independent operators, regional local chains and QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants). The TAM will also have direct sales responsibility for accelerating case growth within specific distributors in their regions. The TAM's primary objective is to execute MDLZ national & local snacking consumption programs, sell cases of new product launches, and sell cases of MDLZ Third Party finished desserts, including tracking results with associated Distribution. Effective collaboration with your counterparts, distribution team, and cross-functional partners are critical to this role.
This is a remote position based in Los Angeles with territory responsibility across the Greater Los Angeles area.

The base salary range for this position is $68,100 to $93,675; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
