This position is located at 900 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, New York, 11225 United StatesThe Design Manager leads our Design Services team that creates floral and container design projects in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings. They also design and execute projects for events. motivates store leadership to make strategic, creative, and business-impacting decisions Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the storeWorks with customers using creative event and residential proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential while exceeding customer expectationsConceptualizes and executes high end event design and residential projects incorporating innovative use of colors, floral and textural materials and vessels, while meeting established criteria for Terrain aesthetic and cost of goodsLeads and participates in the execution and setup of installations and events;
