The Terminal Manager will oversee daily, monthly, and future operations of the facility. They will manage hourly, supervisor, and assistant manager teams, ensuring all work complies with company procedures, standards, and specifications.

• Authorize onboarding and offboarding at the terminal
• Authorize and execute wage increases for employees at the terminal
• Communicate and submit payroll promptly
• Plan topics and documentation for safety meetings with the HSE Department
• Enforce all safety expectations and policies
• Review and communicate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct contractor orientations
• Oversee investigations and reporting of incidents
• Coach employees and resolve conflicts
• Manage bulk loading and unloading facility operations
• Engage with customers regarding production and delays
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

• College degree
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Rail and Hazmat experience preferred
• Availability on weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with LACT units/SCADA operations
• Experience transferring fluids to storage tanks
