Terminal Manager - Hudson, NY - Archer-Daniels-Midland Company - ADM : Job Details

The Terminal Manager reports to the Director of ADM Trucking. This position is responsible for the safety, quality and efficient management of ADM Truckings Hudson, NY terminal. This position must coordinate all activities between Over-the-Road (OTR), wash-bay, shop, central dispatch, city operations and the plant to ensure that customers delivery times are met effectively and efficiently. Job Responsibilities:Understand and comply with DOT, OSHA and Food Safety regulations. Must have the ability to manage a growing and diverse workforce. Lead teams on and off site, including Driver Management, Wash Bay, Customer Service, Training and Billing. Manage training requirements for each work groups jobs being performed. Enforce policies, procedures and guidelines in a consistent manner.
