Position Summary

The Tequila Brand Ambassador will promote MHUSAs Tequila, Volcan de mi Tierra, aiming to increase brand awareness and equity. This role involves developing in-depth knowledge of the brand and acting as a go-to resource for education, inspiration, and credibility among trade, consumers, and influencers.

The ambassador will localize marketing initiatives, collaborate with commercial stakeholders, and support sales through activations and engagement activities targeting both trade and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and evaluate brand strategies in local markets, focusing on key accounts to maximize sales.
  • Become a market expert for Volcan de mi Tierra and understand consumer behavior across cultural and demographic segments.
  • Identify and implement strategic programs tailored to local cultural and demographic characteristics.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet sales and profit goals, managing activation budgets.
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as volume, distribution quality, and media presence.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and trade stakeholders to enhance brand visibility in strategic locations.
  • Coordinate with the local sales team to schedule trainings and events for accounts and distributors.
  • Lead visits to Casa Volcan Distillery and organize experiential events to promote the brand.
  • Host consumer and trade events, sampling activities, and PR opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics, event ROI, social media activity, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in F&B/Hospitality, with 5-7 years in the industry; beverage alcohol experience preferred. Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and existing relationships within the market are advantageous.

Must possess strong knowledge of liquor trends, excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting at $100,000+ plus bonuses, with allowances for travel and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, and more.

Physical & Work Environment

The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, and involves working in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to mechanical and high locations. Accommodations can be made for disabilities.
