Responsibilities
- Buying out contracts and vetting subcontractors
- Writing scopes of work and setting up submittal log
- Establishing project schedules and budgets
- Providing reports on project progress versus schedule and cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent project management experience doing TI projects
- A complete project list showing TI work across retail and medical clients
- Experience using construction related software
