Responsibilities

• Buying out contracts and vetting subcontractors
• Writing scopes of work and setting up submittal log
• Establishing project schedules and budgets
• Providing reports on project progress versus schedule and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent project management experience doing TI projects
• A complete project list showing TI work across retail and medical clients
• Experience using construction related software
