Temporary to Permanent Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst - NY Staffing : Job Details

Our client, a prominent consultancy, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Talent Operations Analyst to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports for talent acquisition metrics. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience using various systems, including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and others. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, or related field, required. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting, ideally within HR or recruiting. Previous experience using SAP, required. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and candidate lifecycle, required. Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset. The hourly rate for this role is $38.46/hr-$40.87/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
