POSITION SUMMARYThis position will oversee candidate communication post offer for our warehouse associates. This includes scheduling drug screens, follow-up on background checks, and candidate scheduling and processing for hire. The role involves direct recruiting functions necessary to hire hourly associates and provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.This is a 90-day temporary assignment with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.The role is hybrid, based in Appleton, WI, working in-office 4 days per week.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a strong knowledge of the company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively promote the company and career opportunities to prospective candidates.Conduct phone screens and support on-site interviews to select top candidates for hourly positions.Administer pre-hire testing, including tracking and retesting as needed.Perform reference checks, including MVR reports and criminal background checks, on selected candidates.Schedule and monitor drug screening results for new hires.Provide administrative support related to recruiting, such as interview scheduling and requisition review.Maintain recruiting information on SharePoint and assist with document updates.Occasional travel may be required.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma with 3-5 years of administrative or related experience; recruiting experience is a plus.Proficiency in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce quality work, and follow through on commitments.Ability to project a positive image to internal and external candidates.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proper use of English, grammar, and punctuation.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.High integrity, loyalty, compassion, and confidentiality regarding company and customer information.DIVISIONCorporateNote: U.S. Venture requires candidates to have and maintain authorization to work in the role's country.
