Job SummaryCaltech is seeking a skilled recruiter for a temporary role to support recruitment needs across the institute while implementing our upcoming Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position will manage full cycle recruiting for staff positions while assisting with the transition from our current ATS (Taleo) to the new HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience and adaptability to work effectively during a period of technology modernization. A passion for Caltech's mission and alignment with our values is essential for the successful candidate.
This is a one-year temporary assignment.
