Minimum Qualifications Some knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Special certification may be required for some of these positions. License/ Certification Required Essential Job Functions If employee is assigned to work in a designated security sensitive area, employee is required to undergo an extensive background check under the administration of the ASU Police Department and complete a Security Awareness Training as required. Floor Maintenance which consists, at a minimum, of daily sweeping, wet mopping, periodic spray-buffing and high speed burnishing, scheduled stripping and refinishing of resilient floors. Restroom Sanitation which consists of, at a minimum, daily sweeping, mopping, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning walls and stall partitions, applying disinfectant cleaners.
