Job Overview

We are creating a pool of interested candidates to serve as temporary strike replacement workers. Confirmed candidates will be offered and hired into temporary roles that will last only during the strike period.

We seek reliable, customer-focused individuals to help maintain store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet customers and assist with locating products.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Bag groceries and assist with carry-outs as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors.

Stocking & Merchandising

• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Ensure items are properly labeled and priced.
• Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of aisles, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sanitize carts, baskets, and checkout stations.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Departmental Support (as assigned)

• Assist in Produce, Deli, Bakery, Meat, or Dairy departments.
• Perform basic food prep, packaging, and stocking duties.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
