Job Summary: Assist with blood drive management activities, cover account manager vacancies, conduct ad hoc support tasks and maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to support implementation of programs is preferred. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required. Good oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills is strongly preferred. Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Travel throughout assigned territory will be required.
Sales or Marketing Experience Preferred. Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
Benefits for You:
The salary range for this position is (CA): $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
