Job Description Position Title: Data Entry Assistant Location: Rosemount/Hastings area Type: Contract - Starting Monday, August 25th for approximately 6 weeks (with potential extension based on business needs) Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Role Summary The Data Entry Assistant will play a key role in supporting timekeeping and workforce tracking for a short-term industrial project. This position involves entering daily timecard data for a large group of temporary workers and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all records. Key Responsibilities
  • Enter daily timekeeping data from physical timesheets into internal systems
  • Assign and input work codes accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with a team member to divide and manage workload
  • Ensure all data is entered the same day to maintain up-to-date records
  • Support administrative tracking for a large amount temporary workers during the project
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential
  • Prior experience in administrative, payroll, or data entry roles preferred
  • Familiarity with clerical processes, 10-key entry, and timecard systems is a plus
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
Work Locations
  • Week 1-2: Hasting/Rosemount Office
  • Weeks 3-6: On-site at a nearby project site (5 minutes from HQ)
