This position is a temporary full-time hourly assignment from June 2025-October 2025. Guided by goals and student needs, the associate director establishes culturally consciousprogramming and services for supporting students who are historically underrepresented in higher education. The associate director intentionally integrates such programs to be in alignment with other key University initiatives and plays a key role in shaping the campus climate and cultureinto one that is recognized for demonstrating how racial equity translates into meaningful andtransformational experiences and sense of belonging for all students, faculty and staff.
