This role will assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks. This temporary position will be for thirty (30) days, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm. Union Affiliation: Non-Union Pay Grade: $18.00-$21.00 Hourly Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/week Essential Job Functions
- Maintain office files and filing system.
- Manage employee records both physical and digital
- Perform administrative duties
- Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience working in a computerized office environment

- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and able to multi-task.
- Must be computer proficiency, including the use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copier adding machine, postage meter, and dictation machine.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
