Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced temperature control strategies for HVAC systems to optimize comfort, energy efficiency, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams, mechanical engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored temperature control solutions.
  • Configure, program, and fine-tune Building Management Systems (BMS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Direct Digital Controllers (DDC) to execute precise temperature control algorithms.
  • Perform site assessments to evaluate existing systems, diagnose issues, and recommend upgrades or improvements.
  • Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation for system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Oversee commissioning by calibrating sensors, validating control sequences, and conducting thorough testing for accurate temperature regulation.
  • Coordinate with installation teams and technicians during implementation to ensure proper execution of control strategies and equipment integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in temperature control and building automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in HVAC temperature controls engineering, with a strong understanding of control theory and applications.
  • Proficiency in programming platforms used in temperature control systems.
  • Ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex temperature control algorithms.
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and regulation devices.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to temperature control.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
