TEMP - Transition Navigator - College of Southern Maryland : Job Details

The transition navigator assists adult education staff with supporting students transitional needs while receiving adult education services. The transition navigator, in collaboration with Adult Education staff, will identify and connect students to support services and activities to ensure successful transition into postsecondary education/workforce training and/or employment. The transition navigator assists both adult English Language Learners (ESL) and GED/ NEDP graduates in the identification of career or college goals and provides intentional support of transitioning learners. Work Schedule: 25 hours per week. Reports to: Director I, Adult Education.
