LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for our Nashville-based client. This is a temporary assignment in the retail industry, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet company standards. Type: Temporary (2 months) Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: $24-$29 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements • Leverage recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates • Conduct reference checks and background screenings • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process • Ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent Qualifications: • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare industry • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of effective recruitment strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Workday and other recruitment software • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour Search managed by: Tara Dawson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
