Role and Responsibilities:
Cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks; takes check orders; handles returned checks; lets customers in safety deposit box;. Scans works through Branch Capture. Balances vault and ATM; restocks ATM. Opens, balances, and closes the Card Wizard machine. Handles account inquiries and solves customer problems at the first customer contact. Runs coin machine. Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. Employee has prompt and regular attendance. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, BSA, Compliance, and supervisor on a timely basis. Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails. Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
