Title: Programming Manager

Job Type: 3-month ongoing contract

Location: 4 days onsite in Stamford, CT

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr

Interview Process: 1 round onsite

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in non-technical programming within cable, media, or broadest companies
• Strong background in rate adjustment or corrections or pricing adjustments
• Collaborate with external partners on how incorporating Programming & Marketing suggestions into schedules and could boost performance metrics
• Ability to develop the programming calendar strategy based on business goals, production delivery schedules, major marketing campaigns, and new product feature launches
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—especially in building executive-level slide decks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree is required

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a media Programming Manager for a Fortune 500 company based in Stamford, CT. This role involves leading programming strategy by planning and executing service offerings and promotions for external customers. Candidates must come from either a media, broadcast, or cable background. You will collaborate with external partners on how incorporating Programming & Marketing suggestions into schedules and could boost performance metrics. It requires collaboration with content providers and internal teams to deliver bundled or promotional offerings. The position also includes developing and managing It consistently represents the customer's voice in programming decisions. In this role you will be entering or updating customer data or modifying packages to ensure customer facing services are correct. Additionally, it involves building high-level slide decks for executive reviews and partner presentations, translating complex service and pricing changes into digestible formats.
