Telesales Specialist - Digital Ally : Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to both existing customers and potential customers by telephone to solicit sales of products. Record names, addresses, e-mails, and reactions of customers and prospects contacted. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals or markets. Generate sales call reports, and other routine reports. Participate in weekly sales meetings. Other clerical or Sales & Marketing duties as assigned. Skills & Requirements Preferred Skills: High School diploma or GED Data entry, generally Excel and CRM-based. Outbound cold calling sales experience Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Good phone demeanor and high-energy personality. Comfortable with learning and using new software programs. Experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus, but not required.
