KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Operates multi-line telephone equipment, automated call distribution system, or comparable equipment to receive and transmit calls and messages.
  • Performs assigned ancillary functions (e.g. notifies appropriate personnel or emergency calls, uses paging system to alert personnel of hazardous conditions)
  • Serves as receptionist and provides clerical services to agency personnel.
