Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Weekend Requirements: Every other
Holiday Requirements: Every other
Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding - first to float.
Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid BiPap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, pneumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis
Experience or‘Must have' skills: Tele/ cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience
Are RN's required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable&/or set rate drips: Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No Levo
Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot? BiPap, trachs, Airvo etc.
Are RN's required to read their own strips? RN to read and interpret.
Additional Notes: More of a tele/ cardiac unit.
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
