OVERVIEW:
Verify the authenticity of signatures and documents for clients. This telecommute position allows you to work from home while providing essential services.
KEY DUTIES:
Conduct remote notarizations of adoption documents in compliance with state regulations, verifying the identity of involved parties. Stay informed about state-specific adoption laws and regulations to ensure accurate notarization. Guide clients regarding notary requirements for adoption documents. Maintain accurate records of notarized documents and transactions. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Communicate effectively with clients to explain notarization processes and address questions. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve processes. Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the notary field. KEY PROFILE:
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state. Proven experience notarizing adoption documents. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and digital tools, capable of troubleshooting minor issues. Familiar with remote notarization laws and regulations. Understanding of legal requirements for adoption notarization. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex legal processes clearly and concisely. Courteous, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High-speed internet, reliable computer with camera and microphone, and a home office setup.
PAYMENT:
$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
