Role Description

We are seeking a Telecom Cable Construction Supervisor with a strong understanding of the cable and fiber installation industry. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day field operations of an assigned team of technicians and contract partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will be expected to uphold Lighthouse Technologies' core values: integrity, quality, teamwork, and customer experience. This position requires regular travel, with all travel expenses fully covered.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise local technicians or contractors as assigned by local management.
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with the local MSO (our primary customer).
  • Manage day-to-day field operations for your assigned team, including coordination with local support staff and resolving field-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all field-related performance metrics.
  • Conduct random safety site inspections to enforce client safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in the cable or related industry.
  • Being local to Lancaster, OH, is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience, including project coordination and time management.
  • Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening.
  • SCTE or NCTI membership and/or certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
