Description
The Systems Analyst serves as the primary contact for technology support, maintaining the security and operational continuity of the bank's technology environment. The role requires a proactive approach to managing service requests, troubleshooting, and supporting a hybrid workforce, including remote and on-site employees. A focus on customer service and expertise in banking technology are essential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for technology support requests and handle complex issues across systems, applications, and infrastructure.Manage user accounts, security groups, and access controls for secure system access.Support a hybrid workforce, ensuring system and hardware reliability through troubleshooting and task prioritization.Use diagnostic skills to resolve issues across hardware, software, and devices including desktops, laptops, Macs, mobile phones, and peripherals.Experience with Microsoft Intune for device provisioning and application deployment.Configure and deploy end-user equipment, providing on-site support as needed.Support SharePoint Online, including site management, permissions, and automation with Power Automate and Power Apps.Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management.Participate in projects, communicate updates, and represent the Technology department.Handle confidential client information discreetly.Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.Participate in IT audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.Ensure compliance with security policies and banking regulations.Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 applications.Knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager is a plus.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant experience.5-7 years in systems analysis or administration.Relevant IT certifications preferred.Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.Salary
