Technology Specialist I (Senior Engineer) - Digital and Technology Partners - Hybrid/Onsite - Mount Sinai Health System : Job Details

This is a hybrid position - requires onsite 2 to 3 days a week Technology Specialist I (AKA Senior Engineer) provides supervision, engineering, operational support and problem resolution for systems or an environment required to support a large, complex institutional IT system, a segment of that system or a process. Assist Managers and Directors in completing projects and maintaining environments. Support enterprise network of 50,000 users, 8 hospitals, 4 data centers, and multi cloud operations. Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and implement effective solutions. Optimize existing Ansible-based solutions for performance and scalability. Provide detailed documentation for Ansible scripts, workflows, and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Ansible scripts and automation workflows.
