• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software design and development using .Net technologies.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with .Net framework 4.5, ASP.NET, C#.
• At least 4 years of experience with .NET MVC framework.
• At least 4 years of experience with WCF framework, including REST Web services and Web API.
• Good exposure to SQL Server.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and client management experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in project lifecycle activities, including development and maintenance.
• Experience in design and architecture review.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with diverse and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain.
• Strong analytical skills.
