Technology Engineer - Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company : Job Details

Primary purpose of the position: Assist and lead efforts to ensure equipment complies with all safety, environmental, and other regulatory requirements. Track compliance with engineering expense and capital budgets. Support the proper design, installation, modification, and maintainability of new and existing plant equipment, buildings, and facilities. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to provide the necessary support to production, promoting the highest quality output at the lowest possible cost. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Perform activities involving continuous improvement tools, analysis of product irregularities, recommending solutions & facilitating cost down initiatives related to improving product costs.
