Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration for three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Minimum of 7 years of QA experience.
• Strong knowledge in Healthcare; experience with FACET product is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• At least 3 years of experience with IBM Optim and Informatica TDM solutions.
• Experience working with RDBMS and Non-RDBMS databases like file systems.
• Experience in data masking, analysis, profiling, and manufacturing.
• Experience with EDI File formats is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python scripting is required.
• Experience leading the Enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) implementation.
• Ability to architect, plan, design, and deliver TDM solutions.
• Experience in workload balancing and managing customer expectations.
• Strong understanding of system landscapes and process design for unique solutions.
• Lead and design end-to-end TDM solutions for data provisioning across multiple environments.
• Provide consulting support for TDM strategies, effort estimations, POCs, and proposals.
• Implement strategic database management solutions, data provisioning, masking, security, and data generation rules.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills are mandatory.
