Type: Contract

Pay Information: $30-$33 per hour

Location: Saint Paul, MN (Onsite)

Role Overview

As a critical contributor, you will review, copyedit, and enhance software design documentation using templates as guides. You will engage in change management for software documentation and support cross-functional communication. Tracking and reporting on multiple projects, you will collaborate with engineers and managers to adjudicate feedback effectively. You'll also contribute to developing and maintaining a cohesive voice across documentation and expanding the team's knowledge base.

Day in the Life

  • Review and update software design documentation.
  • Educate team on Quality System requirements.
  • Coordinate and report on technical reviews.
  • Maintain organization of libraries and templates.
  • Monitor and manage requests in a shared inbox.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 2-4 years' technical writing experience.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Ability to comprehend complex topics quickly.
