Technical Test Lead Technical Test Lead - US Domain Delivery Interest Group Company ITL USA Requisition ID 136811BR I nfosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead In the assigned job role of Technology Consultant 2 , you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Area of Responsibility (Job duties encompassing one or more of the following) Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects Your contribution to the team A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies. Experience in software quality assurance or testing. Preferred Skills At least 4 years of core java or Selenium Test automation experience. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and java Experience in software testing life cycle (STLC) implementing waterfall and agile methodologies Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues. Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability. Experience of working in GitHub repositories. Experience in implementing CI-CD based integration of automated test scripts.
