What You'll Do:

Foxen seeks a Technical Team Lead to work with autonomy in a small, entrepreneurial team. You will solve interesting problems to provide efficient financial service solutions, guide and support developers, shape the design and architecture of new products, and serve as a technical resource for best practices and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Drive software design and architecture
• Act as a subject matter expert in software technologies and practices
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of development projects
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements
• Coordinate tasks and foster a collaborative environment
• Resolve technical blockers and conflicts
• Develop system architecture and design documents
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of solutions
• Write, debug, and optimize high-quality code
• Act as the technical contact for stakeholders and clients

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related experience
• 7+ years of programming experience
• 2+ years leading development teams
• Strong knowledge of OOP and reusable coding practices
• Experience with serverless environments, microservices, and RESTful APIs
• Full-stack expertise in modern web applications
• Experience with testing, documentation, and logging for maintainable code
• Understanding of Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Preferred: experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in development
