Technical Team Lead

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to implement software development projects to specifications within scheduled timelines and budget parameters. The role involves coordinating system architecture and driving the integration of new technologies. The candidate will coordinate project activities and deliverables across the team, resolve issues, and ensure appropriate priorities. Additionally, exploring emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices to enhance CoStar's technology platform and development practices is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience coordinating a technical or development team.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• 2 years of experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, and JavaScript.
• 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies, including AWS.
• 2 years of experience with technologies like ElasticSearch, C#, NodeJS, Cypress, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Server, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Cloud Managed Services.
• 1 year of experience with testing methodologies, Agile practices, test documentation, and QA best practices.

Location: Arlington, VA

Salary Range: $173,763 - $223,300 per year
