We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team within a supply chain business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions to streamline business operations. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that meet operational requirements.
This role requires expertise in client-server application platforms (Windows and Linux), SaaS applications, hybrid and cloud system architectures, as well as LAN/WAN network design and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for coordinating and task managing external vendors for more complex solution implementations, while also ensuring the timely delivery of technical components that contribute to larger enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance supply chain operations, leveraging a deep understanding of client-server platforms (Windows and Linux), SaaS applications, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
- Manage and document deployment and support for client-server application platforms, SaaS-based solutions, and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and security across both internal and external environments.
- Contribute to the design and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks, ensuring seamless communication between systems and addressing any performance issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the successful implementation of complex solutions, including day to day task management, progress tracking, and ensuring vendor deliverables align with project goals and timelines.
- Contribute and partner with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver technology-based components that contribute to larger enterprise-wide projects, adhering to business and technical requirements.
- Produce and/or curate clear, concise technical documentation for the IT Ops team, including system specifications, user manuals, and support guides. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Work closely with business teams to understand operational needs, translate those into technical specifications, and propose system improvements or innovative upgrades to meet business goals.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing new technologies and strategies to improve system and operational performance and efficiency.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- This position requires individuals to lift unassisted up to 50lbs; at times kneel, crawl, climb ladders, sit for extended periods of time, stand for extended periods of time, and walk distances of facilities to provide user support.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require you to be on call to support all business locations.
Travel
- All responsibilities listed above are applicable to all Stauffer locations throughout the continental US. Travel to other locations may be required sometimes.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience; or combined education and work experience.
- Proven experience in a technical systems analyst role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment. (10 years)
- Strong expertise in deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting client-server applications (Windows and Linux environments).
- Experience with SaaS applications, cloud, and hybrid system architectures.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN network design and troubleshooting best practices.
- Ability and demonstrated experience to engage with and manage external support vendors effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise project delivery and working within cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience
- Experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems, or logistics platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with system testing and/or use cases, developing valid user test cases, and managing test cycles
- Experience and/or certifications with cloud services providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Position requires the individual to be able to work in the United States. This position would not be eligible for visa sponsorship.
