We're looking for a technical support specialist to help investigate and resolve issues across our platform. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and others across the company to keep things running smoothly. This role involves hands-on work with core systems like our policy management platform (Socotra), Stripe, and our internal admin tools. You'll dig into reported issues, collaborate to diagnose root causes, improve internal workflows, and help ensure our tools and services are reliable and well understood. Why Join THREE? Your work will help make sure that the systems powering our product behave as clearly and reliably as the policy itself. Job Responsibilities

  • Investigate and triage user-reported issues and determine whether they stem from data, configuration, external tools, or application behavior
  • Work directly with internal tools, logs, and databases to understand and resolve problems
  • Document common issues and internal support workflows to make future troubleshooting easier
  • Identify patterns in recurring problems and share them with product and engineering
  • Contribute to improving internal tools by identifying friction points or missing functionality
  • Coordinate with QA and engineering to verify fixes and track resolution
Qualifications Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems analysis, QA, or similar roles
  • Experience with business platforms like Stripe, Zendesk, or policy management systems is a plus
  • Insurance or fintech experience is helpful but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or analytical field preferred

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is$80,000 to $110,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
