Job Overview

We are hiring an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to corporate and store users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware (PC and Mac) and software issues. If you love technology, enjoy problem-solving, and want to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for support issues in-store or at the corporate office.
• Minimize operational downtime at store and corporate levels.
• Monitor IT requests and resolve problems proactively.
• Provide timely support via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for onsite support as needed.
• Troubleshoot restaurant technology issues.
• Maintain and repair business devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile phones.
• Perform other duties as assigned and visit locations for onsite support if required.

Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Windows Servers, Windows 10/11).
• Networking knowledge (firewall, switches, protocols).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple channels.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.

Education and Experience

• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• CompTIA Network+ Certification.
• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• Restaurant/Retail customer service experience is a plus.
