The Technical Support Manager is responsible for hiring and developing the Technical Support Specialists (TSS). A TSS is a degreed Medical Technologist with an ASCP Certification who supports lab instruments, reagents, and digital products.

Manage the TSS Group in North Carolina and provide technical support to clients. Support includes troubleshooting, evaluations, demos, lectures, and meeting support. The role requires a BS Degree in a related discipline, MLS or MT ASCP Certification, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Up to 75% overnight travel, including some international travel, may be required.
