Piper Companies is teaming up with a top-tier cybersecurity and data analytics firm in Morrisville, NC, on the hunt for a sharp-minded Technical Support Engineer II (TSE-II) who's ready to elevate enterprise support. This isn't a cookie-cutter role-it's hands-on, high-impact, and built for someone who thrives in complex Windows environments. Responsibilities for TSE:

  • Be the go-to expert for resolving escalated technical puzzles that Tier I couldn't crack
  • Deliver outstanding, human-focused customer support-whether that's over email, by phone, or in remote troubleshooting sessions
  • Partner with engineering and product squads to squash bugs and make the tech better for everyone
Requirements for TSE:
  • 3+ years battling the front lines of technical support
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory-system admin-level knowledge is key
  • Solid footing in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Outlook
  • Comfortable digging into SQL queries and pulling out insights
Compensation for TSE:
  • Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $85,000
